We took our granddaughter to Bonefish for her birthday. Our server Ginger was excellent. Allour food was served promptly and temperatures of all food was ideal. Only concern. A/C was set to low during our visit. Cool and chilly is how we felt. Overall excellent! We will be back for another great meal!

Wow! We just had lunch at Bonefish Grill and it was wonderful! We opted for the prix fixed lunch for $14.99 per person and were extremely happy. Dominique our server delivered excellent customer service! We didn't get pictures of everything because we were so excited. The hot bread was crispy and seved with pesto mixed with olive oil. My husband got the Corn and Crab Chowder and the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and I got the Ceaser Salad and Blackened Fish Tacos! Everything was fresh, beautifully plated and a joy to eat! You need to go and enjoy this place! Don't forget to ask for Domenique she was AWESOME!

This was our first time ever at a Bonefish Grill, and I can promise you that it will not be our last. Hannah Grace was our server and she was fantastic. From the time we sat down, Hannah Grace was over at our table, engaging with us, finding out what our needs were, and sharing what the menu was. She asked if we had any questions since it was our first time in. She understood the menu, made recommendations and made sure that we knew what was on the platters that we chose before we ordered them. I never had a chance to even ask for a refill on a drink because she was always one step ahead of us. It is truly refreshing to have a server that actually enjoys and cares about their job and the people that they serve. We saw that tonight in Hannah Grace. Because of her, we will be back to Bonefish Grill, and we expect to have her again! See you soon Hannah Grace!

THIS restaurant is my new FAVORITE one in Lakeland. It's always been one of my top picks . . . but within the past few years It's gotten even better. All the staff are always extra pleasant and helpful. And they have a new hostess named Grace that is beyond lovely. Whoever does the hiring is apparently great at their job, too. But our last visit this week was even more exceptional - prompting me to make sure to give a review. And it's about our server - Laura. What a delight she was to have serving us! I ordered a blueberry-lemon martini & mentioned I don't care for a sweet drink. She immediately informed me it was sweet because it had 3 pumps of blueberry added to a lemon drop martini but she'd be happy to have them adjust - so we added only one and it was perfect. I could taste the blueberry while retaining the tartness of the lemon . . . just excellent. And when we ordered the bang-bang appetizer - without asking she brought out a different sauce on the side for my hubby to try and he loved it! Laura consistently went above and beyond making our always pleasant visits even more enjoyable. Ann & Ken BTW . . . that's me waiting for my bang-bang shrimp while enjoying a blueberry lemon martini - meow!

Outstanding Service and Great Dining Experience! I had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill tonight! The food was delicious as always, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made the evening stand out was the incredible service from our server, Tyler. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind from start to finish. He anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive and made great recommendations that really elevated the meal. It’s rare to find that level of service these days, and Tyler delivered it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back, and will be asking for him by name!

Updated: 1/8/26 From the moment we arrived, Emily, the hostess, greeted us with her glowing personality and was very sweet and attentive. Even after seating us, she checked in to be sure my husband and I were enjoying his birthday, which truly made us feel cared for. Our server, Tyler, was equally impressive. His authenticity stood out, he was attentive, engaging, and very knowledgeable about the menu, and he genuinely ensured that my husband had a great birthday experience from start to finish. Our food was fresh and delicious, as always! My dietary restrictions were accommodated. We have frequented this location in the past and have always had great experiences, but Emily and Tyler truly set the bar higher. Thank you for making a special celebration even more memorable. We'll definitely be back.

Danielle was a wonderful server. The butterfish was cooked perfectly and was so fresh. I had the sauce on the side which was perfect because the fish was delicious without it. I am so glad they got the coconut rum pie back. It was wonderful! So was my husband’s cheesecake. The serving size was also very generous.

Absolutely wonderful! I cannot find enough words for such a great experience! We sat at the bar, even though there other spots available. Dominique was beyond awesome, answered my food questions, made great drinks and the interaction she had with my teenage son, was just so sweet! Made me smile. It was my birthday actually, and she along with my family that joined me, truly made me feel special! Definitely will be back! And especially now knowing about "Martini Mondays"!
